1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between betbat ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses the betbat platform at betbat.club. By accessing betbat, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through betbat, including but not limited to casino games, fish games, crash games, live dealer tables, and any promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the betbat platform.

betbat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 2 Eligibility

To register and use betbat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a betbat employee.

betbat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any winnings generated. betbat takes underage gaming extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation related to it.

By registering at betbat, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one betbat account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. betbat uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings forfeited.

When registering at betbat, you are required to provide a valid mobile number, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring that your registration details remain accurate. If your contact details change, you must update your betbat account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbat login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. betbat will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to betbat support in advance.

betbat reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits and Payments

betbat accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT with no currency conversion required. betbat currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Nagad — instant deposit, no fees charged by betbat
• Rocket — instant deposit, no fees charged by betbat

Deposits are credited to your betbat balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within ten minutes, contact betbat support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

betbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

betbat reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed within the betbat cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at betbat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in BDT and are typically completed within five minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification checks.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
• The payment method on file must be active and in good standing.

betbat does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside betbat's control. betbat recommends checking your provider's fee schedule before submitting a withdrawal request.

betbat reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete. betbat aims to complete all verification checks within 24 hours of receiving the required documents.

If betbat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. betbat will notify the affected player as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

betbat offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all betbat promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from them.
• betbat reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Game contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless betbat explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.
• betbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules

All games available at betbat are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

All game outcomes at betbat are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. betbat does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game developer and are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance. betbat is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues that are outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

betbat reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, or placed in a manner that betbat reasonably believes constitutes exploitation of a system error. Players who identify an error in the platform are required to report it to betbat support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at betbat. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one betbat account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting betbat promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the betbat platform in place of genuine human play.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits.
• Money laundering: Using betbat to process funds derived from illegal activity. betbat complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betbat staff or other players via any communication channel.

betbat monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, betbat will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of legitimate players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

betbat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion tool.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betbat reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their betbat account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Your continued use of betbat after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the updated Terms take effect will be governed by the Terms that were in place at the time.
